Having a lot of trouble the last few weeks accessing rewards. Whenever I click on the Membership tab link the screen just cycles and doesn’t advance, or it takes me back to the Previews. Today I deleted the Patreon app and downloaded it again and it’s still not working. Haven’t gotten rewards for 2 months.

Hi! I think someone else had that issue. You should try contacting their support about it since it seems to be an issue related to the app specifically. I've never used it myself so I can't tell. Have you tried opening Patreon on a browser if you're on a mobile device? Also, you can send me a private message anytime telling me which rewards you missed so I can send them. I remember sending you a message a few days back but didn't get any answers from you, so I'll just send the last two months rewards and hope you get the links!

Thanks. I just tried it using the browser and it worked! Was able to get the new rewards for November. So it’s definitely a bug on the app. Missing rewards from September till now.
