Welcome Notes (Patreon)

Hi y'all, I recently found out about welcome notes and I've been wanting to find a solution to me having to send every new patron a message with their rewards.

Apparently those notes aren't private messages but the feature says it does send an e-mail, which apparently it didn't last time someone became a patron.

Can y'all check if you have access to that welcome note? From what I've seen it should be in the Membership Tab.
