The elf kinda gives me 'warrior slave' vibes. Could maybe go for gladiator aesthetics. Chains, scars, brand/tag, etc. The other one is already pretty interesting imo, but you could lean in to the multiple swords thing she's got going on and give her more. It'd make for a distinct silhouette at least. Just ideas of course, they already look great as they are!
