I have insomnia, and I work graveyards, so sleep is hard to come by. Currently I'm working both my shift and my other graveyarder's shift cuz he's on vaca, so I haven't had a night off in over a week plus the insomnia so day sleeping is impossible. Until two days ago when I clicked on this audio, fell asleep in the first 10 minutes, actually dreamed for once in forever, and had a solid 10 hours of undisturbed sleep. And I did it again yesterday. Genuinely, thank you for yhis audio.
