Kyla, your romantic interest, is a bookish, excitable girl who works as a part-time relaxation healer and part-time researcher. She found a manuscript several years ago detailing the building of the Temple of Night, a temple dedicated to the goddess of the night, Noxteria. Since then, you have both wanted to visit the temple due to its beauty and magic. 

You have finally found the means to travel to the Temple of Night, and Kyla is bouncing on her feet and her eyes are wide as she takes in the splendour of the temple’s entrance. 

After leaving some offerings at one of the tables, the magic of the temple’s sentience leads you down a hidden passage where silvery star faeries sing to you. As their song finishes, the floor begins to rise, and you find yourselves in a large room filled with floating planets, galaxies, and stars. There is even a stardial beside the far window. 

Just as you think your night cannot get any more wondrous, a blue spiral staircase suddenly appears. The stairs lead up to a rooftop garden, surrounded by twinkling obsidian archways and faintly glowing plants. The garden’s pathway leads you to a pool of mist, where you are invited to close your eyes and rest for a while…
