Re: January's Sleep-Themed Audio & Audio Spotlight (Patreon)

Thank you, beautiful friends, for participating in the open submissions for this month's sleep-themed audio! I have chosen a submission (copied in below) and the audio will be made and up by around mid-week, next week 🏝️🏜️. The patron who wrote this can message me their name (or comment below) so I can add it to the final audio description if they wish! 

Title: Nursed Back to Health by the Guardian of the Oasis, Nilufar

"Ambient sound: flowing water

Keywords: Healer, desert, soft singing, powers

Nilufar’s appearance: As a water spirit, she has a unique appearance. Her hair is made of water which seems to flow in an unseen breeze. The scalera of her eyes is dark blue with light blue irises, and her pupils are in the shape of raindrops. She wears a dress that goes down to her knees and sandals. She has a calming, motherly aura about her.

Plot: After being stranded in the middle of the desert, the listener is malnourished and dehydrated. They eventually lose consciousness due to those symptoms. The audio begins as they slowly wake up in Nilufar’s lap. They are surprised by her appearance, but she quickly assures them that she doesn’t mean any harm. They are underneath the shade of a Palm tree, and Nilufar has been doing her best to cool them off.

She begins to use her healing hands, which hum in a soothing tone, in order to heal the listener’s sunburns. She then applies a natural lotion to their body in order to rehydrate the listener’s skin. Throughout the healing process, she is giving the listener cups of oasis water and pieces of juicy fruit to quench their thirst and hunger.

After helping the listener cool down, Nilufar begins to sing to them in order to soothe them to sleep, running her fingers through their hair."
