She is a “Giver of Bounty” (a village farmer). She brought you back to her people, taught you their way of life, and started a romance with you…

After many years of searching, you finally locate the distress beacon from your destroyed ship. However, it’s underneath the forbidden mountain caves of Na-ri. It is said that anyone who enters the mountains never returns. Daswae insists on coming with you, not wanting to let her “special someone” go in alone. The mountain tunnels are filled with strange and frightening creatures. Will you make it out?

[B] Dwarf Guide Foneabelyn (Bel) Broadbraids x Listener (High Fantasy, Fantasy Adventure)

Bel is an experienced dwarven ranger who is very skilled when it comes to navigating through kobold-infested tunnels. She has agreed to join you on this perilous task as you have paid her handsomely, and she also has something she needs to do in there.

A bunch of kobold raiders have stolen your prized gilded music box! It is a gift from your late mother, and has great sentimental value. The tunnels are filled with traps and kobold patrols, which you must either disarm, take out, or avoid. Your trip is filled with many close calls, a few strokes of luck, and…what’s this? Is it your music box amongst that pile of treasures?

[C] Escaping a Cult and Confessing Your Love (Dystopian Romance, Supernatural Horror, Cyberpunk Sci-fi)

You and Alani are members of the Children of Restoration, a cult who worship a race of cosmos-dwelling aliens. The aliens’ ship is rumoured to have crashed into the mountains long ago. You and Alani had bonded over your growing disillusionment with the cult, and plan to escape through Mt Restoration via an abandoned mine. After sneaking your way past patrolling guards with sniffer dogs, a close encounter with a rockslide, and a strange white spherical sentry, you finally make it deep enough into the mountains to find a stream to rest beside. You remind yourselves of how you ended up this way, and Alani confesses her feelings to you, in the midst of a very harrowing story of her past. You suggest a good place to go so that Alani can have the chance to be a normal person again. You then continue your journey through the tunnels, hand in hand.

[D] Strong Mercenary Fighter x Silversmith Listener (Fantasy Adventure, High Fantasy)

Some time ago, you befriended a mighty dragon named Sylas by charming him with shiny works from your shop. Since that day, you make monthly trips into the mountains to visit your dragon friend. Though few know about it, the dragon kills and wards off enormous beasts and rivalling armies.

Meanwhile, most of your town insists that the dragon is bad, some merely through superstitious belief. Your shop is vandalised, and this troubles you, as you are due to visit the dragon. You hire a skilled mercenary to guard you on your journey, from both dragon haters and bandits. Despite buying the mercenary’s services, she initially dislikes you. You hide the dragon’s treasures in a sack, which arouses her suspicion. During the trek, you and the mercenary exchange perspectives, have interesting conversation, and overcome challenges in the tunnels. She eventually confides in you and tells you of her negative history with dragons. You comfort her and tell her your story, hoping to change her mind a little. Finally, you arrive in Sylas’ beautiful lair...

[E] Brazen Wolf Woman x Geomancer Listener (Fantasy Adventure)

This brazen wolf woman would normally prey on someone like you, but paying the bills is far more important than a quick bite, so she needs to do her job as a guide, even if you do look pretty tasty. Throughout the journey she teases you about making you a snack, or at least you hope it’s teasing…

You are a skilled geomancer, and your job is to repair the damage to the massive Magi-Crystal, and restore it so magic can be transferred between different cities. Your wolf woman guide needs you to carry you over some of the slippery terrain in the tunnels, as the gemstones that normally light the way have darkened due to the faulty Magi-Crystal. Along the way, you stumble across a cavern that is pulsing with magic, and stop to admire it…

Lava tubes (lava tunnels) can be massive, and are formed by the flow and cooling of lava. Many unique geological formations can be found in these, and there are many places where you can visit and explore such tunnels!
