The sound effects in this audio are superb, the footsteps and typing are evoking all the tingles _(-ω-`_) Do you foley record the effects yourself or use an archive? They are eerily convincing at times...

It's a mixture of stuff that comes from foley packs and me making noises and moving things around in front of a voice recorder or mic :D The footsteps here came from an archive. And non-home-friendly sounds like explosions and flying planes also come from archives xD
