that's been over my dude, they caught up to the anime, the second half of the season was gonna release by the time they caught up but covid happened so now they gonna start kuroko and probably do a weekly reaction when haikyuu returns

it does take a bit, the part there at is so boring but at least they are enjoying it a bit, and plus literally in the next like 6 or 7 episodes, it gets really good.

I question wether choosing to react to One Piece right now was a good decision. The series is incredible but you only start to notice it for real after hundreds of episodes, although it’s definitely enjoyable from the beginning. It’s just from my experience, in order to enjoy One Piece, the anime at least, to the fullest would be to binge it and get through the whole East Blue, because it’s all really just establishing a bunch of stuff and the real story hasn’t even begun really. So with you guys having so much to react to, only being able to do a couple episodes at a time, the series is gonna feel like it’s dragging really bad at times or just seem boring because a good chunk of what you guys are gonna see is just build up, and then there’s the fact that there’s literally almost 1000 episodes, it’s just gonna take forever to get through. I love one piece, my concern is just that the way you guys are having to digest it might turn you guys away at some point, before things get absolutely phenomenal, which isn’t you guys’ fault really, but more so how the anime does things. Not sure if anyone else will feel where I’m coming from but I would like to say I’m enjoying the reactions and I hope you guys really stay invested enough to really fuck with this show and find out why it’s the best selling manga of all time.
