I just joined, what should I do?
First of all, read the latest patreon update posts, we also encourage you to join our private discord channels by accepting the patronage role to stay up to date with all updates and changes. We are posting much, MUCH more frequently over on discord!

How do I get a Discord role?

On the website, I only see posts about art packs and links to gumroad, where are the arts and all the rest of the content?
Due to some limitations of the website, we have been forced to post edits, wips and sketches on individual channels on the discord, on which we publish updates on a regular basis. Later, everything ends up in the final art pack anyways, which is shipped at the end of the month to the individual tiers. But by joining the discord you get to see some of that content much earlier and on regular basis.

It is the end of the months and I have not received any art pack. What should I do? Will it be available for much longer after it is released?
We inform you about any delays on a regular basis, so please check if there is any entry on this topic here or on the discord. If there are delays, the availability time of the art pack will be extended. Usually, art packs are available for 20 days from the date of release. The art pack will be released within first week of the next month at the very latest in case of delays. Otherwise, please contact us.

Can I order a commission from you?
Currently, this is not possible. Only after the new year, a new price list and a list of available slotswill be published.

Can I send you something?
If you want to then feel free to do it, but please contact us first <3

What about previous goals?
If you’re asking about the prints, we remember and are working on it. Also, everyone is aware of the current global situation and possible delays related to shipping and manufacturing can take much longer to handle, so we are waiting for a good moment to release and send out the print. We don't wantit to be lost on the way to you. Thank you for your patience.
Short comic project funded by patrons has already been started and the first inked pages are going to be releasing very soon.

What drawing program do you use?
Clip Studio Paint and Procreate.

What animation program do you use?
Kuki uses Live2D with a license which was funded thanks to our patrons <3

Will there be any tutorials? Have you thought about doing a mentorship tier?
We are not planning anything at the moment, but we are open to any suggestions. If we manage to find some free time to do that in our monthly schedule, we would be very happy to help and advise you on your art journey.

                                                                ART PACKS

I joined and I did not receive my art pack, where can I get it?
Art pack prizes are sent to patrons from the beginner tier up ($2+). Art packs are sent manually by us in private messages, so it may take a while before we get the notification and go to Patreon to send it. It is also possible that we are just asleep by then due to timezone differences^^;
If you still do not receive your package after 24h, please contact us!

Where can I find my rewards?
All rewards are shipped in art packs on the Mega drive at the end of the month directly via the link in the DM. If you want to be up to date with all your projects, check out the discord with individual patreon channels for art, sketches, wip etc. avilable to your corresponding tiers

I am missing something in the art pack.???
Please check carefully what benefits your tier is entitled to and check if everything is correct. If in doubt, please contact us.

How long is the art pack available?
Art packs are released at the end/beginning of next month. From the moment of release, they are available to all patrons and new family members for the next 14 days. After the next pack is released, the previous one lands on the gumroad backlog, where they can only be purchased in the $10 Advanced version.

Can I get earlier packages?
Most of the full res pics, edits, wips and sketches end up on discord, where you can scroll through a backlog of the previous months rewards. However, if you care about special prizes like an animation file, process gif/mp4 you will find them on our gumroad (https://gumroad.com/littleweirdoneko).
However, each new patron has the right to ask for one of the previous bundles that corresponds to their tier. If you are interested in accessing it, please contact us.

Are edits only for patrons?
We don't want to keep creating a paywall to our fans and followers. Patreon is here to provide bonus content in the form of sketches, wips, creation processes and direct interaction with us, and above all to support our work. What is created with your help is finally published online, albeit after some exclusivity period has ended. You get to not only enjoy said content early, but also help with some of the creative choices we’re making in forms of voting/suggestions. The support we’re receiving here is first and foremost allowing us to commit a larger chunk of our monthly schedule to developing all those fan projects to give back to our community.

Where can I find animations?
All previous animations can be found on the private discord in the link pinned on the "chat for supporters" channel.

Can I get PSD files?
The files are shared with all patrons $30+, if you want to receive this award you can create a custom pledge. Check the details in the next section. They will also be released individually or collectively on Gumroad from time to time. You can follow our Gumroad to get notifications about newly added packages.

All Limited Slots are Full. If I change my pledge as much as the tier limit or do I get a tier package?
Everyone can create a custom pledge. If it is the same as a tier you were aspiring to, you can apply for a corresponding art pack, but exclusive prizes such as a sketch, postcard or collab comm are only assigned to people who currently occupy the limited slots. So you can only get the package but without a special tier bonus, until the limited slot becomes available again.

                                                                REQUESTS

How do sketch requests work and where can I request them?
Each month, $30+ patrons have the right to request one drawing of their choice. You can submit your proposal on a form that will be sent monthly.

Does the form have a deadline? What happens if I forget to complete the form?
Yes, answers provided 5 days before the end of the month will not be considered. Please check that you have submitted your request for sure. If you miss a form, unfortunately you have to wait for the next one or contact us, we may find some time to make up for it.

Can I have a traditional sketch please?
Yes, any patron of $30+ can ask for a traditional sketch. However, sketches will be shipped physically in bundles of twos. So you have to declare yourself for the next one to send them together, so that you do not incur additional shipping costs.

How long does it take for a postcard?
Letters to patrons from Europe reach much faster. As far as we know, they get to USA in about a month. We apologize for the inconvenience and delays, but we have no influence on some things, especially relating to the currently ongoing global shipping delays.

What's in the envelope?
We send sketches, postcards and some personal bonus from us in the form of a sticker or other small trinkets.

Where can I submit my proposal for the next poll?
The proposal can be entered in the monthly request form.

                                                                     STREAMS

Where are private streams held?
They take place on discord in the patreon tab on the "streams" channel. Streams are not recorded, but it may be possible to do so with new equipment in the future.

When are the streams taking place?
Usually they are announced on discord, but there is also a schedule with a streaming plan for the following months in the corresponding post on patreon.

How long is the stream?
Usually about 2h.

Will there be public streams?
Yes! We are currently trying to prepare the equipment and setup for multi-streaming on twitch or Picarto. We are also working on our Live2D models for streaming. If everything goes according to plan, we are hoping to start streaming in January 2k21.
