https://www.amazon.co.uk/Perspi-Guard-Maximum-Strength-Antiperspirant-Spray/dp/B004803YDI Perspi-guard, it's a little spray rather than an aerosol / roll on, a bottle lasts me probably 3 months. I apply it twice a week in the evenings after a wash - it says it lasts 5 days, I'd say 3/4 is more realistic but I sweat like a nun in a sausage factory and this is the only thing that's ever worked. All the other stuff that you put on daily, even when it says "72 hour protection", I've always found to be naff and definitely wash off in the shower but this stuff does really last for days even if you shower daily. Don't know if you're meant to do so, but I put this on my face in summer too and it stops the sweaty upper lip / hair line. Some people say it stings at first, but I've never had that.

In regards to the deodorant recommendations, I use Wild! It's a stick antiperspirant and basically you buy the starter kit which has the bottle in it and once it runs out you just replace it with another fill. You can get it from Sainsburys if there's one close. Very eco friendly, and I only need to use it once in the morning and I'm fine for the rest of the day. I was reading that tinned antiperspirants can contain more chemicals in it that don't actually help reduce you from sweating so they aren't the best. I'd give it a try https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/product/new-355373-44/wild-natural-refillable-deodorant-fresh-cotton-sea-salt-43g

Yeah I also use Wild but I've noticed that it doesn't really help sweaty beasts such as myself. It smells absolutely amazing but it mixes with my sweat really fast (that is if I'm active and moving around) and it stains all my black clothing. I have yet to find a good, eco-friendly alternative :(

Mitchum roll on (unscented) is my go-to antiperspirant, and I'm a sweaty cunt. Not sure if it exists in the UK, though. And I don't know if I just paid closer attention or what, but Nova's understated swipes had me ROLLING. Brava!! 😂

Nova's lowkey bitchiness was sharper than a switchblade in this video.

Did you know you might not need the hammer in case of an emergency in your car. You can actually just remove and use the headrest of your seat. Although your car’s headrests weren’t designed to break windows, if you’re trapped inside they may be able to help you escape. Remove a headrest and shove one metal peg into the base of a window frame, where the window retracts. Then quickly pull the headrest towards you to shatter the glass. This method will work on any of your side windows, but not the windshield.

The whole "work hard for your success" ethos only works in an economy that doesn't run on exploitation. And frankly, that whole ethos was invented by the upper class to keep the lower classes poor. It's a form of economic/hierarchical gaslighting in order to convince the working classes that they've "just not worked hard enough" so they don't question the very systems they are oppressed under. It's important to note that while that ethos may have had some credence in let's say the 70's/80's, the economy and wages have changed since then, and not for the better. Due to economic reasons, what we would've been able to live on back then, we simply cannot live on or call a living wage now. Education, due to capitalism and gross, exploitative loan culture, has also become less and less finanicially accessible, especially since you get, frankly, monetarily punished for pursuing higher level qualifications, especially in America. So acquiring a high profile job with great pay has also become more difficult financially. Not to mention the "you need job experience for this job you are applying for to get said job experience" BS we are now dealing with. Something my Aunt (who's struggled with money) says, is that you have to HAVE money in order to save/make money. Which is sadly true, I always explain it as wanting to make money with a bake sale, but not even having the money to buy the ingredients for the cakes.

I am excited for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet! Although Nintendo and the Pokemon company will always be one of my all time shitters cause those MOFO's are LAZY AF. I'm so sick of them flip flopping back and forth from fully rendered 3D to 2D sprites. With the sheer amount we pay for video games these days, what they're putting out just ISN'T good enough. I like that they're using Spain as an inspiration for the new games (allegedly). I'm also salty about the SHEER lack of character customisation in some of the newer games. They have enough money and enough resources to give us great customization but they don't, FFS. As someone who grew up with Pokemon and the magic of that time, it's really irritating to see Pokemon be used as a cash cow/nostalgia exploitation franchise now. Yes I have opinions lolol.

I have used the deodorant brand "Mitchum Clear Gel Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant, Unscented for Men' for years now. I only use the gel which is perfect and I'm a female who uses the men's brand I did try the women's version but I didn't like it. Now I don't know if you get this brand in the UK or not. I could always send you a bottle if you would like to try it. I do not like spray-on or roll-on deodorant but I love this gel which you turn the wheel at the bottom and it rolls out of the top. I even made my mother a convert which I'll tell you was not easy. I agreed on some points about Kim Kardashian but with the working situation she is right. A lot of younger people are expecting so much without having worked for it. But you are correct that people think they can look and make money like the Kardashians. Eventually 'real life' will smack their fans in the face. It will be interesting to see what Kim Kardashian does with her law degree since she has passed the 'baby bar exam' with only one more to go.

So long as they churn out new mainline games at the rate they currently do, the quality will never change. Money is not the issue - they simply don't allow their mainline games enough time for development any more. It's sad.
