On February 2nd 2022, Netflix released a documentary that is so fiendish in its setup that it can do NOTHING but ensnare the viewer into the hideous web of lies that its main antagonist would spin around the victims at the heart of the story. The final 20 minutes of this film make up arguably the most satisfying ending to anything that I've ever seen, as Simon - the namesake of the documentary, finally runs out of luck and his grand scheme of deception unravels.
