Also known as Jack Wheeler, this is the guy whose mysterious death features in the 'Washington Insider Murder' episode of Unsolved Mysteries. I was sconed-faced™ going into this one because it's another case that'll make you think "nah can't be arsed, where tf do you even start". Discovered in a landfill in December 2010 at the same time his house was ransacked and his neighbour's place was being torched, there's also an abundance of weird CCTV to make it even harder to piece together.
