The Space Shuttle Challenger disaster was witnessed by millions of people across America and around the world. Helpless bystanders gazed on in horror as a shining beacon of hope and exploration exploded into smithereens, 9 miles up over the Atlantic Ocean. It would have been the first space mission to involve a civilian-turned-astronaut in the form of school teacher Christa McAuliffe, who was set to deliver a much anticipated lesson from space. A new series has recently dropped on Netflix so it's time to have a bev/chat combo with yer girl.

Have you considered doing an episode about Colin Ireland (aka the Gay Slayer), the serial killer who killed a bunch of gay men in London in S&M scenarios, purely because he wanted to be a famous serial killer and he felt gay men were easy prey. It's a case full of stuff to discuss, including a bizzare situation involving a dead cat and two condoms. Awful reality, but potentially great podcast ep!
