So unlike the people that decided to grow a fringe and go for the emo look when I was trying to hide I was gay and being bullied for it I just ate, hiding I was gay got me to like 26 stone. Definitely used food as a coping strategy through life and still do now to be honest. I hated football and just the gross humour guys had when at school so I got segregated for that so that was the first time I got noticed as a big gayer. Even since school you will always find me in a group of girls and once im with guys im just silent, I have no interests in common and just get worried about being judged by them or becoming a token gay for them to ask things and belittle me a funny topic to discuss. I remember a group of boys that would make fun at me at school and call me gay and just do anything to get on my back and it turned out that they were all doing each other after school which was hilarious to find out in my final year. I left school fearing no one cause I knew the dirt on them. One of them to this day still messages me on grindr trying to get my dick on the downlow and hes married with kids too. It seems like gays have it hard early on and get better as we grow, school is like our lowest points and it can only get better from when you leave.

My 4 yr old son was embarrassed and tried to hide that he had been playing with Barbie dolls at his cousin's house. He told me they were "girl toys". It's the opposite of what I thought I was teaching him so I was gutted, I'm guessing he heard it from a school friend. He has a load of old Action Man toys, so I told him those were dolls too, so I'm hoping he's over the girls'/boys' toys thing. But he's 4, I can't get my head around the fact that somewhere outside of home he picked up on gender difference like this, atvsuch a young age
