I wouldn't be doing any of the shit I'm doing today without Robin Williams. It dawned on me recently how inspirational he was to 6 year old Olympia and how much he shaped my childhood. I've given him an episode of Full Of It as a thank you.

Loved this one. His films were very special to me and my brother too. Our parents divorced when we were very young and I’m sure Mrs Doubtfire would have gone a long way in helping us understand what it actually meant for a mum & dad not to live together but still be friends. Jumanji was always in our heavy VHS rotation too. I’m not into the whole celeb death fake empathy thing although I really was so saddened when he died, but mainly because it was not a shock to me due to understanding a lot about the mental health issues he had.

I have a funny story about Hook. Slience of the Lamb was out at the same time as Hook. Being 15 years old my best friend and I bought tickets to see Hook but we slipped into Silence of the Lamb. To this day I have never seen Hook.
