Apologies for the late posting but I had a real mare with this one. Inspired by comments made by Good Morning America's Lara Spencer regarding Prince George and his ballet lessons (LOL I kept calling him Andrew, that's really fucking wrong), I'm sitting down to discuss the dangers of repressing young boys to the extent that they grow up to be monsters. In referring to the creative, expressive behaviours that young children might display and in talking about my own childhood memories of dressing up in princess dresses, I discuss the idea that some people are quick to label toddlers as transgender. Just to clarify my age, I was approximately 3 years old during this time which I personally think is a little early to determine if someone is transgender since the only thing I could probably say at that age was 'fart'. But I'm not a psychologist so let's discuss.

Such an important topic. My mum often tells me that as I child I would always question why girls can wear trousers but boys can’t wear dresses, and she couldn’t answer because she didn’t know why that was! I identify as male but it baffles me that people have an issue with something like a man wearing make up or painting their nails. It’s so weird..

I watched Titanic a few weeks ago for the first time in years, and I absolutely SOBBED like full on ugly cry and making sort of braying donkey noises. I feel like when I was younger and I watched it, I purposely stopped myself from crying, and now I finally allowed the emotions to sort of wash over me (no pun intended) and it was almost therapeutic.
