Long time no see guys, went through some stuff in the past month but I'm getting back to the swing of things. I've got a few things to talk about so let's get to it!

1. November 2023 Rewards

As the title says, November rewards are finally done! For those who missed the content cycle, you can get the reward on Gumroad:

2. 2023 Wrap Up

With November rewards finished, the 2023 Patreon cycle is now officially over! Please note that I paused my Patreon in December so there won't be content for that period.

3. 2024 and beyond

And with that, we're caught up to 2024. We'll open up January Fan art suggestions soon to get that rolling.

I also have an update for Loki's Quick Fics which is now called Quick Fics: A Taste of Freedom. I rewrote the entire thing because I wanted to include someone else in the action :P It's FFM threesome to be absolutely clear. Any guesses who the other girl is? Here's a hint: she's an FEH OC but she also appears in the mainline games :D

By the way, Nanoreno just started. For those who don't know, it's a month long game jam to make a Visual Novel/story based games. I'm not qualified to join it with Quick Fics, but in the spirit of the jam, I'm gonna try to finish A Taste of Freedom this month.

I know some of you are going "Ah shit, here we go again", which is a totally understandable reaction considering my history lol. All I can say is I'm just gonna release whatever I finish by the end of the month.

A big reason why I couldn't finish it before was that I was attaching my ego with the project. The fear of failure and disappointing people really hurt my ability to produce stuff because it had to be grand and it had to deep or meaningful or thoughtful etc etc. This time, I'm gonna wing it and just have fun with it. Whether it ends up an unfinished slop or something worthwhile, I'll just do it and get it over with.

Beyond that, I want to work on more ero VNs/games. I have so many ideas, but I seriously need to finish what I start first.

I debated streaming my process, but in the end, my crippling social paranoia won't allow me to do it. Instead, I'll make a video after the jam and talk about how things went. I'll post updates here as well whenever I have stuff to talk about, but the video will be the official end of the project.

2024 has been a slow start for me but I'm getting in the groove of things.

Thank you all so much for your support, not just last year but over the years! The only way I can return your kindness and support is to keep creating.

Let's end this post with a screenshot of Quick Fics: A Taste of Freedom!

First of all, glad to see you back! Good to hear you worked through whatever it was you had to go through this past month. Now, in regards to a certain part of the update, you know why the phrase "less is more" exists? Because, well, sometimes you really don't need something grand and spectacular. Sometimes something sweet and to the point works just as fine, heck, perhaps even better; what I'm saying is, not everything needs to be "deep and meaningful". Take children's animated movies for instance. They're some of the simplest stories you can find out there, but you know why so many of them manage to hit a sweet spot in people's feelings and memories? Cause they shine through that simplicity. They take that lighthearted and sweet approach and use it to deliver something enjoyable, and it's great cause it's something people can understand, feel and enjoy without having to think too much. Same for something like say, Mario or Pokemon. They're such global phenomenons cause people like their simplicity. In the case of you Ero VNs, well, you really don't need to super deep and meaningful about them, cause at the end of the day, all you need is sexy times, genuine affection and some fluff and you're good to go. You don't need to explain that in-depth all the time, just like you're not always gonna be able to please everyone; and that's perfectly fine.

Now, am I saying you should avoid depth altogether? Of course not. Whenever there's a chance to sprinkle it here or there, you're perfectly welcome to take, but try diving too deep in the ocean and you'll naturally suffocate. Overall, just don't pressure yourself, work at your own pace, know your limits, gain more experience and build up from there. When it comes to the writing, remember, the best writing is when you're just having fun and bringing your vision to light, don't compromise it by thinking it's not "deep enough" or trying to appeal to everyone. Just keep a good pace in your prose, maintain a constant nice flow of things and you're gold. Keep up the good work man!

I would have naturally guessed Thorr would be the other girl, maybe have some competition with her sister over the summoner, but the hint tells me it's Anna. Either way, I'm sure it'll come out just fine. Remember: "Perfection is the enemy of progress"

Definitely agree with the last line. I keep forgetting it once I get too involved with a project. I'll keep it in mind for sure this time!
