MF Sketchbook tiers removed (Patreon)

The MF Sketchbook tiers have been removed ahead of the June billing now that the MF Sketchbook series has finished.

As far as I understand this should mean patrons on the $7 and $10 (MF Sketchbook) tiers should be downgraded to the next available tier for June's billing.
