Octavia Octomomma back in June - suggestions please... (Patreon)

It may be a while off but I thought I'd let you know that Octavia Octomomma is back for June and this time she's going to be a Dominatrix!

So if she's the Dom, who is going to be her Sub? 

I'd like my patrons to suggest a female character (from fiction not a real life person). 

If you'd like to make suggestion (maximum of two suggestions per patron) then also please write a quick explanation why they'd be a great choice as Octavia's Sub.

I've not decided if the sub is also pregnant or just Octavia Octomomma but let's see what you suggest.
