Since having a small face is a huge compliment in Korea, I think they just pay attention to it much more. Minho has the smallest head(face) in Shinee. It is quite well know in the industry that he has the face the size of a fist. Key and Taemin has actually complained about this multiple times. Girls' Generation has also complained about this as Minho's face is often smaller than even girl idols they don't want to be in the same frame as him. Usually Minho will get one shot that zoom in on his face, so it is not that noticeable. Just take a look at the last picture they took at the end of the ep, minho's head is tiny.
