An admirer, suitor, and stalker of Proteus, Ozul believes himself to be in competition with the (yet to be depicted) protagonist for Proteus' affection. Being shadowborn, he interacts with our sunlit dimension through an avatar he calls Hokusai - a shadow demon's equivalent of a hand puppet through a glory hole. He's also a weeaboo.
