Hello everyone, here is this month's animation featuring Lucy from Cyberpunk Edgerunners!

It's sure been a while since we've had back to back character picks from the same source. I think the the last might have been either Persona or Hololive but I don't clearly remember. In any case, I'm a bit surprised the these characters are still this popular even though the show has long since finished airing, but I enjoyed it and and I like the character designs too so I'm glad I got to cover both cyberpunk waifus :3

With regards to the animation, you might recognize the format if you've been around here for a while. Honestly, I wasn't planning to revisit this style but it sort of just popped into my head when I was in the early stages of working on it and so I just decided to roll with it. I actually ended up being a bit interested in how having multiple angles might fit with my current editing style and while it was a bit tricky trying to find a way to mesh them together in a way that didn't feel awkward, I managed to come up with something that worked pretty well imo. While I definitely feel like it's less smooth, I think the variety of having multiple cuts certainly breaks up the monotony a bit. The close up angles were also a great opportunity to animate details that I don't normally include in the full body shots so it was a welcome change of pace. I'm undecided as of yet on whether or not I'll continue to revisit this style but if I feel like it fits any future animations, I'll certainly give it a shot.
