Hello everyone, here is this month's animation featuring Hanekawa from Monogatari!

I liked the Kizumonogatari movies the most so I mainly used those as the inspiration for the designs, color palette and overall aesthetic. I also decided to try incorporating 3d backgrounds in this animation because it really helped me to establish some really cool lighting. It was pretty interesting experience to try and get the 2d animation to blend in with the background and I definitely learned a few things from it.

In other news, I'm excited to announce that I'm currently working on a collab! It's a little different from the stuff I normally do but it's a really cool project and looking forward to bringing you all updates on it in the following month.

On another side note, I'm kind of blown away by the results of the latest poll. I don't think I've ever had it come down to a single vote. I'm considering including Akko in the next poll just because so many of you wanted to see her. Anyways, we'll see.
