Wild week so far (Patreon)

Texas as been a mess this week. First snowstorm came Sunday and we lost power early Monday morning as we slept. Power stayed out around 36 hours but at least we got it back late Tuesday. House dropped to 52 degrees and wasn't looking forward to sleeping there that night without power. We also had a pipe freeze and break but at least it was outside and part of the irrigation and not the house itself.

Second storm came thru early Wed morning, adding to the snow already there. Water is now the issue and we have to boil it before we can drink or wash with it. Some houses didn't even have water pressure so couldn't even get any to boil if they wanted to. 

These storms really weren't that bad compared to other areas of the country but Texas was not ready for this and everything failed, hope the state learns from this.
