Considering some minor changes (Patreon)

I still have a lot of open commission tier slots this month. I'm considering limiting slots from 12 a month to 8. 

I'm also thinking of limiting the $5 tier to just animation WIPs, but not full or finished scenes. 

Lastly, I'll add a new tier (somewhere in the $10 to $20 range) for access to full, completed animations. This new tier will also be where people can leave suggestions for assets/animations.
