The rightmost one would be pretty fun, having her belly swell to the point that it causes her to drop to her knees, maybe even triggering the birth of whatever she's preggers with as her tummy makes contact with the ground. :D

I was going to say all fours to see her belly pressing against the ground, but then thought of an awesome compromise... She floating in a glass tank holding on to the edge like she's trying to climb out with her breasts and belly pressing up against the glass as she swells. :D

I was gonna suggest that if she does get bigger underwater, perhaps you could show the water level slowly rising as it's displaced by her tum...but I don't want to make the animation any more complicated than it may already be! >_<

I gotta agree with Dark Desires on this one, having her start standing then dropping down would also add a level of realism to how heavy it would be.
