Here's a picture of Shirou Ogami from Brand New Animal. The idea was suggested by DepravedDefense.

"How about Shiro Ogami (human form) from BNA, inspecting a tube from Sylvasta Hospital. Which suddenly breaks, spewing the contents in the form of a gas into Shiro's face, bulking him up into a wolf/human hybrid?"

Seems like having a quiet investigation won't be an option for Shirou. He might have found this suspicious chemical that changed his body, but it's going to be difficult to explain everyone in public why he's only in his incredibly tight underwear, while his massively built body is at full displlay.
