Here's a picture featuring Neito Monoma from My Hero Academia. The idea was suggested by Shin.

"Neito Monoma My Hero Academia- After spending countless months training and developing his Quirk, Monoma finally manages to overcome all the weaknesses inherit to it, giving him a power similar to All for One. Wanting to debut his accomplishments to the world at large, he goes about copying as many Quirks as possible, especially ones for Gigantification, muscle growth, and reinforcement, until he's ready, heading for the center of town and activating then all at once! Monoma swiftly expands, his strength increasing at an alarming rate, the chaos of his expansion getting the attention of everyone in the city as his booming voice announces a new number one in the world... and if anyone tries to topple him they'll have to deal with an entire army's worth of Quirks in one man!"

So here he is, creating a pretty chaotic first impression to show off his new status, by growing in the middle of the city, just letting his loose and he unleashed all the quirks he stole from other heroes.

People terrified by seeing the skin colored mass bulldozing through the buildings as they were nothing, Neito's devilish smiley face raising up and up, until it was covered from people sight by his mountainous pecs.

As he raised in height, he announced to raise into the top ranked heroes...no...him becoming the STRONGEST hero in the world! He must have been pretty confident in his power...and seeing his show of strength, most people were convinced that he was right.

Some people just surrendered inmediatedly at the sheer presence of the self proclaimed hero...meanwhile, the people that were against the idea of him announcing himself...were too afraid to act, as Neito directly threatened to deal with the people that opposed him.

Seems like this was the start of a new world order in the world of heroes...
