October 2021 Sketches 19 - Laharl (Disgaea) (Patreon)

Here's a two part sequence featuring Laharl from Disgaea. The idea was suggested by Robin Hafner.

"To continue from my suggestion last halloween, Laharl, as the Dimension Wandering Overlord that he is decides to copy Emizel's scheme. He starts stealing everyone's candy from every world that he can find, and uses it to grow into the ultimate overlord - nevermind the big, full belly that it comes with."

- Death Emizel was in pure bliss as the spirits of the Underworld kept on feeding him candy, making him more powerful with each offer...but he had those days counted, as a familiar imp invaded the realm...

Laharl just recently found a treasure: a couple of bracelets that make ANY spirit obey his orders. And thought this could be the perfect chance to give it a try.

He activated them, and ordered all the spirits of the realm to feed HIM instead! And so they did...as he ate both the candy AND the spirits themselves! 

Things escalated quickly, as all that otherwordly energy started to fill up his body, he started to grow inmensely at an extremely fast rate! Dwarving the surrounding buildings in a matter of seconds!

- Death Emizel was wondering why were the number of spirits feeding him were lowering...until he was covered by a huge shadow. He looked up to see the source of it, and all he could see wasa  massive, growling, globular flesh orb! With all the spirits he ate, Laharl already outgrew Death Emizel by several times! His massive muscles and belly easily towering over the smaller Overlord.

Death Emizel was at shock at being confronted by a far bigger and more powerful demon, he inmediatedly felt like his dominance over the realm was at stake...And it was! Since it was exactly what Laharl wanted, to take over this realm for himself! And what better way to show his dominance than sit on his well deserved throne...Emizel better moves, or else he might get crushed by his new master!
