Contact and Rewards

If you want to contact us we recommend sending us a private message directly on the Patreon platform, since here there is a greater organization and control of the patrons.

In case you want to contact us by any external means such as Facebook, Email, DeviantArt or Twitter, it is necessary that you always present yourself with your Username that you have on Patreon in order to identify your account and speed up communication.

Please note that auto-delivery memberships only accept rewards delivery via Patreon messaging, others offer rewards that are automatically delivered to patrons, (Read the entire article for more information) 🙂

• The system notifies us which Links and Codes have already been used and by whom.
• Each Link and / or Code will work for you to download one or more versions of the content.
• The Codes work to get a 100% discount to download Items of the value of your membership, but they also work to get a 100% discount on products of a lower value, even these Codes can offer you a percentage discount on Items of higher value, In these cases it will be your decision to choose how you want to use the codes.

The rewards are not cumulative in any membership, if the current month ends and you missed download a reward, you will not be able to recover it, so make sure to download all your rewards before the end of the month. (There may be exceptions if a download link didn't work for you).

You can only select one type of membership at a time, if you want to increase or decrease your level in the same month, you will have to cancel your current membership and pay for a new membership in full. You will only receive the rewards of the current membership you have, so remember not to modify it until you receive your Links and / or Codes.

Normally we respond to messages within 24 to 72 hours maximum, especially on weekends, we recommend you be patien.

Si deseas contactarnos te recomendamos enviarnos un mensaje privado directamente en la plataforma de Patreon, ya que aquí hay una mayor organización y control de los mecenas.

En caso de que quieras contactarnos por algún medio externo como Facebook, Correo, DeviantArt o Twitter, es necesario que siempre te presentes con tu nombre de Usuario que tienes en Patreon para poder identificar tu cuenta y agilizar la comunicación.

Ten en cuenta que las membresías de entrega automática sólo aceptan la entrega de recompensas mediante la mensajería de Patreon, (Lee todo el artículo para más información) 🙂

*Únicamente si tienes alguna de las siguientes membresías, recibirás los Links el mismo día que se publique el contenido:
*Bronze Patreon
*Golden Patreon >> (Además de los Links recibirás un Código para descargar 15 elementos de tu preferencia)

*En el resto de las membresías recibirás Códigos para descargar cada tipo de contenido mediante un mensaje privado en Patreon el día 15 del mes en curso si realizaste tu pago entre el día 1 y 15; o te los enviaremos el día 30/31 del mes en curso si pagaste entre el día 16 y 30/31.

Es muy importante que no elimines ni cambies el nivel de tu membresía hasta que recibas tus Links y/o Códigos, ya que puedes ocasionar un error en el sistema y posiblemente no recibas los Links y/o Códigos por esta razón, en ese caso deberás contactarnos para resolver tu problema.

• Los Códigos sólo funcionarán hasta que descargues la cantidad de Elementos a la que tienes acceso, así que ELIGE LOS PRODUCTOS CON CUIDADO.
• Los LINKS caducarán después de 1 Mes si no son utilizados.
• Los CÓDIGOS caducarán después de un mes si no son utilizados.
• El sistema nos notifica qué Links y Códigos ya fueron utilizados y por quien.
• Cada Link y/o Código te servirá para descargar una o más versiones del contenido.
• Los Códigos funcionan para obtener un descuento del 100% para descargar Elementos del valor de tu membresía, pero también funcionan para obtener un 100% de descuento en productos de un valor inferior, incluso estos Códigos pueden ofrecerte un porcentaje de descuento en Elementos de mayor valor, en estos casos será tu decisión elegir cómo quieres usar los códigos.

Las recompensas no son acumulables en ninguna membresía, si el mes en curso termina y te faltó descargar alguna recompensa no podrás recuperarla, así que asegúrate de descargar todas tus recompensas antes de que termine el mes. (Puede haber excepciones en caso de que no te haya funcionado un link de descarga).

Sólo puedes seleccionar un tipo de membresía a la vez, si quieres aumentar tu nivel o reducirlo en el mismo mes, deberás cancelar tu membresía actual y pagar una nueva membresía en su totalidad. Recibirás sólo las recompensas de la membresía actual que poseas, así que recuerda no modificarla hasta que recibas tus Links y/o Códigos.

Normalmente respondemos a los mensajes en un plazo máximo de 24 a 72 horas, sobre todo en fines de semana, te recomendamos ser paciente.

*Si por alguna razón no respondemos luego del tiempo establecido, envíanos un mensaje en algún otro medio de contacto, pero seguramente nuestra ausencia se deberá a motivos de fuerza mayor, pero descuida, haremos lo posible por responder tus mensajes en cuanto podamos.

Content Types

In the title of each post on our Patreon, it is indicated if the content is an SFW Image, NSFW Image, Short GIF Animation or Video.

SFW Images: These are basic drawings that DO NOT contain NSFW versions or nudity.

NSFW Images: These are drawings that DO contain NSFW and nude versions. Memberships that contain NSFW Images include the uncensored, censored, and SFW images as well. You can request the uncensored and censored version of the same drawing, both versions together are equivalent to 1 Item. All memberships that include  Images have a Color Palette symbol:

Short GIF Animations: These are short animations in GIF format that are repeated in loop. Memberships with Short GIF Animations include the uncensored and the censored versions. You can request the uncensored and censored version of the same Animation, both versions together are equivalent to 1 Item. All memberships that include Short GIF Animations have the GIF symbol:

Videos: These are animations with voices and sound, there are 3 types of Videos:

• Loop Videos: These continuously repeat a short animation and have a duration of between 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• Regular Videos: These progressively increase the intensity of the movements until the characters reach the climax and have a duration of between 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• Long Videos: These progressively increase the intensity of the movements until the characters reach the climax, show various angles and / or scenes and have a duration of more than 1 minute.

All memberships that include Videos have the symbol of an Ahegao Face:

*Only in the case of videos, each version of these is equivalent to 1 Item, that is, in a different language or design, unlike images and animations.

Tipos de Contenido

En el título de cada publicación en nuestro Patreon, está indicado si el contenido se trata de una Imagen SFW, Imagen NSFW, Animación GIF Corta o un Video Largo.

Imágenes SFW: Son dibujos básicos que NO contienen versiones NSFW ni desnudos.

Imágenes NSFW: Son dibujos SI contienen versiones NSFW y desnudos. Las membresías que contienen Imágenes NSFW incluyen las versiones sin censura, con censura y también imágenes SFW. Puedes solicitar la versión sin censura y con censura de un mismo dibujo, ambas versiones juntas equivalen a 1 Elemento. Todas las membresías que incluyen Imágenes tienen el símbolo de una Paleta de Colores:

Animaciones GIF Cortas: Son animaciones breves en formato GIF que se repiten en bucle. Las membresías con Animaciones GIF cortas incluyen las versiones sin censura y con censura. Puedes solicitar la versión sin censura y con censura de una misma animación, ambas versiones juntas equivalen a 1 Elemento. Todas las membresías que incluyen Animaciones GIF Cortas tienen el símbolo GIF:

Videos: Son animaciones con voces y sonido, hay 3 tipos de Videos:

• Videos en Bucle: Repiten de forma continua una animación corta y tienen una duración de entre 30 segundo a 1 minuto. El audio incluye voces, música de fondo y efectos de sonido.
• Videos Regulares: Incrementan la intensidad de los movimientos progresivamente hasta que los personajes llegan al clímax y tienen una duración de entre 30 segundos a 1 minuto.
• Videos Largos: Incrementan la intensidad de los movimientos progresivamente hasta que los personajes llegan al clímax, muestran diversos ángulos y/o escenas y tienen una duración superior a 1 minuto.

Todas las membresías que incluyen Videos tienen el símbolo de una Cara Ahegao:

*Sólo en el caso de los Videos cada versión de estos equivale a 1 Elemento, es decir, en un idioma o con un diseño diferente, caso contrario a las imágenes y animaciones.

Special Memberships

🥉Bronze Patron

With this membership you will receive all the content that is being published per month from the day you become a Patron.

In this membership the download links will only arrive automatically through Patreon messages, not by mail.

*Example 1: If you become a patron on September 5, you will receive all the content that is published from September 5 to September 30.

*Example 2: If you become a patron on September 18, you will receive all the content that is published from September 18 to September 30.

However, with this membership, you will not be able to request content published on dates previous to your subscription.

*Example: If you become a patron on September 13, you will not be able to request any Image, Animation or Video published on September 12 or on dates previous to this.

You will be able to download all the versions of the Images, Animations and Videos that are published. Only with memberships that include Real Time Content like this, you will have the possibility to download all the Versions of the Videos that are published, that is, you will be able to download the Videos in both languages (English and Spanish) and all design variants (only in case the Video in question has design variants).

Memberships with Real Time Content will give you the download links right on the day the content is published. All memberships that offer Real Time Content have a Green Clock symbol:

The download Links that you receive will expire after 7 days, if you do not download your content in that period of time you will no longer be able to use the link you received and you will have to request another link manually by through of a message.
When downloading the content from Gumroad it is advisable to use the email with which you registered on Patreon for any clarification.

Con esta membresía recibirás todo el contenido que se publique por mes a partir del día en que te conviertas en Mecenas.

En esta membresía los links de descarga sólo te llegarán de forma automática mediante mensajes de Patreon, no por correo.

*Ejemplo 1: Si te conviertes en mecenas el día 5 de Septiembre recibirás todo el contenido que se publique desde el día 5 hasta el día 30 de Septiembre.

*Ejemplo 2: Si te conviertes en mecenas el día 18 de Septiembre recibirás todo el contenido que se publique desde el día 18 hasta el día 30 de Septiembre.

Sin embargo, con esta membresía, no podrás solicitar contenido publicado en fechas anteriores a tu suscripción.

*Ejemplo: Si te conviertes en mecenas el día 13 de Septiembre no podrás solicitar ninguna Imagen, Animación o Video publicado el día 12 de Septiembre ni en fechas anteriores a esta.

Considera que cada mes inicia y termina el día 1, Patreon te cobrará de forma automática el día 1 de cada mes, así que te conviene registrarte los primeros días del mes.

Podrás descargar todas las versiones de las Imágenes, Animaciones y Videos que se publiquen. Sólo con las membresías que incluyan Contenido en Tiempo Real como esta, tendrás la posibilidad de descargar todas las Versiones de los Videos que se publiquen, es decir que podrás descargar los Videos en ambos idiomas (Inglés y Español) y todas las variantes de diseño (sólo en caso de que el Video en cuestión tenga variantes de diseño).

Las membresías con Contenido en Tiempo Real te darán los links de descarga justo el día en que se publique el contenido. Todas las membresías que ofrecen Contenido en Tiempo Real tienen el símbolo de un Reloj Verde:

Los Links de descarga que recibas caducarán después de 7 días, si no descargas tu contenido en ese lapso de tiempo ya no podrás usar el link que recibiste y deberás solicitar otro link de forma manual mediante un mensaje. With this membership you can request 10 Elements of your free choice from the content.

You will receive a Code to download 10 Elements and you will have 1 Month to use it.

You will be able to download all the versions of the Images and Animations that have been published, but in the case of the Videos, each version of these is equivalent to an Element, that is, in a language or with a different design.
