What's this? It looks like Aebard (me) has caught a case of traditional animation fever...

There are a couple more closeup shots like this in Hikari's Dilemma (Newgrounds / Vimeo / Youtube). Though these were originally going to be animated via my usual puppet animation, I figured I should at least attempt some more traditional animation. Very glad I did!

Cyberunique was, of course, a huge help, sending me some animation advice and helping me when I got stuck (particularly on the wetness!)

I'm also well into the animation of the next closeup shot, again shooting for fully traditional frame-by-frame motion, so look forward to some WIPs of that!
