I never really thought about the whole trampling kink, but as far as I know it's a heavily femdom preferred dynamic so there isn't nearly as much love for the gender reversal. Personally, I'm a huge fan of these kinds of reversals, it's a good reason why cuckqueaning is a fav of mine, so I'm open to doing similar things like this where the cute girl is (metaphorically or literally) under the heel of a cool dude. Feel free to suggest a few characters for such a thing!
