＞継続支援特典の廃止について

最初に、継続支援の特典をおたよりからお送りするのは、今月を最後に廃止いたします。

今月9か月継続お礼として、おたより機能からお送りした漫画についてですが、

多数の支援者の方から「特典を受け取れていない」という問い合わせがありました。

特典を受け取れなかったサポーターの皆様には、ご迷惑をお掛けして大変申し訳ございません。

受け取れない理由として、昨日挙げた記事にも書きましたが、下記の原因が考えられます。

１、おたよりを送った時点でサポーターではなかった

２、最近プランを変更した

３、ダウンロード期限を過ぎてしまった

一番問題なのは、2のプランを変更すると、継続支援のカウントがリセットされてしまうことです。

ここ数か月の間に新しいプランを追加したので、それによって受け取れない支援者の方が多数出ました。

一次的な解決法として、ダウングレードを推奨しましたが、

高いプラン変更したことで特典が貰えなくなってしまうというのは、ユーザーとしてかなり不満の溜まるところだと思いますし、

今後プランをアップグレードすることを躊躇する方も出てくる可能性もあるので、私は、おたより機能を使うことは困難だと判断しました。

＞特典の軍人シリーズについて

こちらは、500円プランの記事に最新の第4話までアップロードします。

軍人シリーズは、今後も続ける予定です。

以上の理由から、継続支援の特典をおたよりからお送りするのは、今月を最後に廃止いたします。

今後も変わらず漫画を更新していきますので、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Firstly, I will discontinue the benefit of sending continuous support through our newsletter after this month.

Regarding the comic I sent via the newsletter as a thank you for 9 months of continuous support this month, there have been inquiries from many supporters who have not received the benefit. I sincerely apologize to those supporters who could not receive the benefit.

As for the reasons why the benefits were not received, as I wrote in yesterday's article, the following could be the causes:

1. The supporter was not a supporter at the time I sent the newsletter.

2. The supporter recently changed their plan.

3. The download deadline has passed.

The biggest issue is that changing the plan resets the count of continuous support. In recent months, I have added new plans, resulting in many supporters not being able to receive the benefits.

As a temporary solution, I recommended downgrading, but I think it is very dissatisfying for users not to receive benefits because of a higher plan change, and it may lead to hesitation in upgrading plans in the future. Therefore, I have decided it is difficult to continue using the newsletter function for this purpose.

> About the Soldier Series Benefits

I will upload this up to the latest episode 4 in the 500 yen plan articles. I plan to continue the Soldier Series.

For these reasons, I will discontinue sending the continuation support benefits through our newsletter after this month. I will continue to update our comics as usual, so I appreciate your continued support.
