現在、私はオリジナル作品「魅足の園」を月額1000円で全て見れるようにしています。そして、約3~4ヶ月分の話数が溜まったら、その都度700円のDL商品にしてまとめてDLsiteで販売しています。

しかし、みなさんの中には、「なぜ月額1000円を払えば全て見れるのに、わざわざ700円の商品を買う必要があるの？」と疑問に思っている人がいるかもしれません。

確かに現時点ではほとんど差別化をしていません。それは、DL商品は普段私を支援していない方向けに作っているからです。ただ、今のところ金額バランスが悪いため不公平感が否めないと感じています。

そこで、私はDL商品限定特典として描き下ろしの漫画を付与することにしました。この特典の目的は、ファンサイトとDL商品の差別化を図ることにあります。

この追加特典には「読まないとストーリーが理解できなくなるような要素」は含みません。FANBOX・Fantiaを毎月支援するだけでなく、DL商品も全て購入しなければストーリーの全容が理解できないとなると、非常に参入ハードルの高いコンテンツになってしまうからです。

なので、今まで通りストーリーを追いかけたい人は無理に商品を別途購入する必要はありませんし、今回のように期間限定でこちらにも公開します。

ファンサイトは逐次的に更新されていくものであり、新しい情報が随時追加されます。一方、DL商品は一度にまとまった形で提供されるため、より詳細かつ体系的に情報が提供されます。

考え方としては、ファンサイトは雑誌掲載、DL商品は単行本化、のようなものと捉えていただければと思います。このやり方でまた問題が起きたらその都度修正していきますのでよろしくお願いします！
