That looks absolutely amazing! It's already one of my favorites of your artworks, since I am a big fan of the combination of forced foot worship and tickling, like in the Ranni/Melina picture. Genuinely can't wait to see it colorized. I also really enjoy how creative you are with your scenarios. Many artists do more or less the same for every picture, but all of yours have unique concepts and situations. I sometimes wonder how you even manage to come up with all these great ideas. As for variants, I think a "very dirty feet" variant would fit here very well, since the forced foot worship is such a big part of it. Would make it a lot more intense if Lusamine's feet were very dirty. Maybe you could also make it so that Cynthia's toes are tied back in some way, for example with strings attached to her ankle cuffs, or something like that. I honestly can't think of more. I think this picture is basically perfect.
