Exclusive dev update of No escape: Game edition! (255) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Evening folks, Scriptor here with the latest dev newssss!

Game development

I’ve written (and implemented) about half of the loan shark’s events into the game: The “trying to skip town” scene has been completely implemented into the game; and I’m about half-way with (writing and implementing) the actual fail-state itself. Aiming to have the fail-state completely implemented tomorrow afternoon(ish), and after that it’s only the misc. stuff (like sprites for Jewel and the loan shark), tying code together and making the dialogue in which Kat can the oh-so suspicious loan... 👀

Besides this I’ve also done another metric sh*tton of typo corrections in the last two days; primarily ones in the Thornvine and fantasy VR-world areas this time around, together with some other stuff like fixing continuity errors in dialogues and events. Not the most juicy stuff to report on, but nonetheless important for the quality of life of the game; which is what the upcoming update is all about. 😋

Anyhow my brain is FRIED from all that smut writing, so forgive me that I will end the dev update here today. Plan for the coming two days is writing and implementing ALL of the loan shark stuff into the game; if I manage to do that I might even be able to sneak in some extra joocy stuff @Thronvine before the update drops... We’ll see 👀

More teasers of the loan shark stuff today, this time of the scene that plays if Kat tries to skip town! Making her way to the portal she’s stopped just in time by Jewel... Who informs her that leaving town would be seen as defaulting, with all its hidden insinuations. :0

Kathleen can (of course) opt to not give a flying ass about this “advice” and continue on with her way out of the VR-world. Though as one can expect...

That might not be the smartest of moves. >;3
