Exclusive dev update of No escape: Game edition! (249) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Good evening peeps, Scriptor here with the latest dev news bulletino!

Game development

I’m about 2/3rds done with the images of the new epilogue aboard the prisonship, aiming to have them all wrapped up by the end of this week: Pace in making these images has been good, though it dipped a bit this afternoon when making the smoke simulations. For some or another reason the .vdb (smoke simulation) files wouldn’t show up in DAZStudio... and then after an hour of trail and error they suddenly did, leaving me wondering as to what I exactly did that it now does work... 🤔

That said I’m not one to look a gifted horse in the mouth, and the smoke’s looking as fancy as it always does. The smoke’s also a (small but) pretty important part in the new epilogue: Since the unfolding action during it is a (kinky) homage to a certain scene from an old movie... I think most who’ve seen “Star wars: The empire strikes back” know exactly which scene I mean. >;3

However if that movie’s from before your time (or outside of your interests): then let’s just say that Kathleen won’t be batting even an eyelid anymore after she’s been processed for “deep storage”; which is where she’ll end up in at the end of the new epilogue. Coincidentally this “deep storage” locale (and images) are the last 1/3rds I still need to setup and render out in DAZ; shouldn’t take me more than two days so I’m still well on track to have all the images done before the weekend. 💪

Zoe: “Because once this machine’s done you won’t be doing much moving... Or rather NONE AT ALL for that matter.”

Kathleen: “Get...out...?”

Kathleen: “But...”

Kathleen: “...like how?”

Zoe: “Exactly seven-eight-six~”
