Exclusive dev update of No escape: Game edition! (230) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Game development

I’m done with the hucow fail-state images and got the base design ready for the rubber pixie mini-boss: Although I had her first envisioned as a dryad, I instead switched the design to a more “corrupt” butterfly pixie. Main reason for doing so is because butterflies drink nectar, and I’ve gotten a great idea (shoutout to Devo!) from where the “nectar” flows from the rubber “flowers” in her garden... But I’ll hold off on spoiling what I mean with that until I’ve got the base design done in Blender. ^^

Speaking of, tomorrow I’ll be diving into Blender to get the base design of the rubber “flowers” ready; which will play a big part in the rubber pixie’s fail-state. I’m thinking of something bulky, flowery and above all else restrictive for their design. It’s a bit hard to put on paper, so I’ll just show (tease) it off to you guys this Wednesday; which is when I’m aiming to have the design fully complete and start setting up the scene in which the rubber pixie fail-state will take place.

And on the Lara Croft snek comic front I have… Unfortunately not a lot, since this Sunday turned out unexpectedly busy. Long story short my pops had a COPD attack (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) this morning: He’s doing fine now (the doc gave him a new inhaler with some stronger bronchodilators), but yeah that ate away most of this day. So I didn’t have a lot of time to work on the snek comic; planning to rectify that next weekend tho, and if time allows it a bit during this week (if I get ahead on the schedule with no escape). 💪

And today’s teasers are the reveal of the upcoming mini-boss in the forest area of the fantasy RPG VR-world: The rubber pixie! Found after the area which the cowgirls roam, they (wisely) don’’ follow Kathleen once she sets foot in the rubber pixies domain. After all; no cowgirl nor potential heifer has ever returned from her glade… Let’s hope Kat proves the exception! ;0
