Exclusive dev update of No escape: Game edition! (97) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Heya everybody, Scriptor here with the latest exclusive dev update! ^^

Game development

Progress in the past few days has been solid: I’ve made some more custom sprite-work, mapped both the intro section of the factory together with the “production halls” (where the conveyor belts are) and coded in the various events found in both of these locations. When Kat first enters the factory I want to give it a real “cat-and-mouse” kind of feeling. I don’t want to say too much, but let’s say Kat quickly finds out she’s not so alone in the “fully automated” sex toy factory, and with that I don’t mean those menacing security drones patrolling the halls… >;3

Tomorrow I’m going to implement the vacbed escape sequence and faux assembly line enemy, once those are done I’ll continue on to the next part of the factory; namely the area’s in which Kat will (potentially, depending on her actions) encounter the sec drone mini-boss. All in all progress has been much quicker than anticipated. I’ll hold off on making any bold statements (yet), but if this keeps up you guys might be in for a fun surprise… ;)

Teasers

The teasers of this week; snap-shots of the new maps, production halls and general fluff/extra’s littering the factory (like those audio-logs of the people who’ve build the place… and might now be part of its “permanent workforce” >;3)

And because those snap shots of the new maps don’t contain enough rubber, have one on the house about the con path of the assembly line fail-state! ^^
