Switching jobs in 2023 (Pixiv Fanbox)

Hi, all. Is it safe to come out yet? I checked the updated terms and based on everyone continuing the work they're doing, I'm not seeing Pixiv mass-killing people's accounts. I myself have not gotten any messages, either. Thought for sure I'd be tagged for doing something wrong. More importantly, I decided that I needed to do something about my current job. It pays ridiculously well, but I'm also reeling from the damage it's doing to my body. I have practically no time to do anything, and when the minimal amount of hours I get at home are used to recharge. Before I know it, I'm back to my 4am wake-ups and returning home at 5pm. After serious arguments with my supervisor, I decided that I will be looking for a new job. I'll need to find something that actually sticks with 8 hours, pays OK (no way in hell it'll pay as good as this one), and just commit to that stability instead. It'll at the very least open up much more time for me to do 3D and not hurt my body in the process. I'm sure it'll cause strain, as things usually do, but not to the point of injury. I won't be leaving my current job until at least mid-March (there are some very lucrative stock options that will be given to me that I don't want to pass up). Therefore, the long hours will continue until then. No immediate changes. I want to make sure I actually have a job first before outright putting in my notice.
