Just got the scoop today that I'm semi-required to pull a lot of hours come next week. Trust me, for familial reasons, this isn't something I can get out of. So all that July prep-time I had is going out the window for a week. I had spent yesterday doing pose checks, which isn't much, and had started to get the feel again for 3D. That goes on break. I hate giving the cycle of bad news every time this happens to you guys, especially those who pay and expect some good news when I announce it. On the one hand, it stops me from doing anything. On the other, $3000 in one week is hard to pass up, no matter how grueling the job is. A payday like that can pay for a whole new computer, and I'm certainly in need of one (not getting any firm ideas of buying one just yet). The one certain thing is that my hands are going to be dead by the middle of the week. If I can skirt by teasing any preview, WIP, or minimal pose then I can try. Keyword: try. I want to do stuff with this Kate model even sharing some simple poses can go a long way in keeping me in the game. No month-long absence. Not gonna do that again.
