二色のぞむのFANBOXについてお知らせ (Pixiv Fanbox)

近日pixivの規約改定について話題になっていますね。

要点としては

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・近親相姦

・獣姦

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

・人または体の非合法的な切断　

など公序良俗に反する行為

を含む作品が12/15以降FANBOX等の決済を伴うサービスで掲載できなくなるということでした。

これが創作物にも適用される場合、これまで掲載していた作品は、申し訳ないのですが非公開させていただくことになります。

ともあれ11月末に規約詳細が出るとのことなのでそれ次第ですね。

ひとまず来月の作品については社会通念上、問題ないであろうものを制作していますので差し支えなく公開できるかと思います。

世知辛い世の中になってきましたが、その中でも社会に認められる形で性癖を発散していけたらいいですね。

【Announcement about Nishiki Nozomu's FANBOX】

Hello! This is Nozomu Nishiki.

There has been a lot of talk about updated terms of use that PIXIV has recently announced.

The main points are

・Sexual exploitation of a minor

・Incest

・Bestiality

・Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)

・Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part　

The works that include the following items will not be able to be published on services that involve money transfer, such as FANBOX, after December 15, 2012.

If this change is applied to creative works as well, we are sorry to say that the works we have posted so far will be closed to the public.

Anyway, the details of the terms and conditions will be released at the end of November, so it will depend on that.

For the time being, I will be able to release next month's works that do not fall under the above regulations.

The world has become a bit of a hard place to live in, but I hope to be able to vent my sexual proclivities in a way that is recognized by society.
