8 Cookies are also a nice amount of cookies to have 🍪 I think "I've got" would be more correct, but it depends. "I got" is used to show that she got them recently (and most likely all at once). So if Clumsy just got 8 Cookies from Strict because she helped her with something "I got" would be correct. But if Clumsy is simply talking about the number of cookies she has saved up "I've got" would be (more) correct. 😊

Keep in mind, my suggestion are just to make it more correct. Simply saying "I got" is also possible and fine but not as formal. But when you are learning English I think it's best to stick to the formal expressions to avoid confusion.
