理由は家族全員(二人暮らしですが……)新型コロナに感染してしまって作業が殆どできないためです。

I had planned to post the comic on Tuesday, September 19, but it will be a little late.

The reason is that my whole family (although two of us live together ......) has been infected with the new corona and I can hardly work on it.

I apologize for not being able to update as announced.
