お世話になってます、酢屋です。

最近、イナちゃんモデルがVRアプリのデモに使用され、その内容がキャラクター性の認められる二次創作ではなく、かつ腕が変な方向へ曲がるなどちょっとショッキングな映りだったため、公開を停止してもらう運びとなりました。

この件でご不安を与えてしまったファンの方にお詫び申し上げます。

件の方への非難等はお控え願います。

これを受け、私が制作した全モデルの規約を変更することにしました。これは購入時期によらず過去作品全てに適用されます。読んでない場合でも適用されます。

先に書いておくと、MMDerの方へは影響ありません。これまで通り、暴力的表現と再配布以外の表現活動にぜひお役立てくださいませ。エッチな作品もとても楽しみにしています。

規約は以下になります。今後予告なく更新され、すべてのモデルに適用されます。以下への違反が認められた場合、投稿の削除、損害賠償の対象となる場合があります。

・VR・MR・ARアプリ、及びデモ映像（静画含む）への二次創作モデルの使用の全面的禁止（オリジナルモデルの場合は別途ご連絡お願いします）。

・VRChat等VRSNSでの二次創作モデルの使用禁止。

・暴力的表現（R18G含む）禁止（ギャグは大丈夫です）。

・政治的表現の利用禁止。

・再配布厳禁（改造したもの含む）。

・その他私が不適切と判断したものの公開禁止。

二次創作モデルのため、何卒ご配慮お願いいたします。

正直、これまで通り普通にファンアート活動（えっちなもの含む！）に使用していただければ全然大丈夫です。

VRアプリに二次創作モデルを使うのは結構リスキーなのが今回の反応で判明したため、私の作品では全面禁止とさせていただきます。

それでは今後とも何卒よろしくお願い致します。

こういったことで表現活動が萎縮されるのは本当に悲しいため、ぜひ節度を守った二次創作活動を続けてくださいませ。

In response to this, I decided to change the terms and conditions for all models I created. This applies to all past works regardless of when they were purchased.

First of all, it does not affect MMDers. As always, please use it for expression activities other than violent expression and redistribution. I'm really looking forward to the naughty works as well.

This reaction has shown that using derivative models in VR apps is quite risky, so I will completely prohibit it in my works.
