Small update! (Pixiv Fanbox)

Hi everyone! Sorry for the radio silence, I got very sick right as I was working on my next set and have been in and out of the hospital for the past couple weeks, needing to rest lying down, so I couldn't draw. Just so I don't leave y'all hanging, here's a small WIP of what I was working on right before getting sick...
