最初のおしらせを投稿したから、様々な意見やコメントをいただきました。

今の状態は支払い問題で、Fantiaに乗り換えない方が結構多いです。そして利用規約改定の内容により、どの程度の絵が違反するか疑問があります。そのため、ここからの方針は様子見で、防御姿勢にしたいと思います。

■ Fanbox、BOOTH

-　混乱にならないように、前のお知らせは無視してください。

-　12月15日以降は利用規約改定に従って運用いたします。

-　投稿したイラストやデジタルダウンロード本はPixivから非公開されたことや忠告された場合、Pixivに従って処理いたしますので、ご了承ください。たくさんのイラストが非公開されたら、そのとき、アカウント閉鎖のことを再考いたします。

-　支援を続けたい皆さんへ、12月以降に一部のNSFWイラストが見られないようにかもしれません。ご不安な方はFanboxの代わりにFantiaにサブスクライブするか、それとも様子見で月末頃まで待ってFanboxにサブスクライブすることもお勧めします。

-　そのため、「冒険者」プランと「勇者様」プランはとりあえずそのままにしておきます。

Hi, Thank you to everyone who supports me on Fanbox!

Since I posted the first notice on Wednesday, I have received a lot of opinions and comments. There are still a lot of people who cannot switch to Fantia due to the payment method. Also, the doubt about how much extent of the image that would be considered as a breach of the Terms of use. So, I decided to take a defensive stance, a wait-and-see policy.

■ Fanbox、BOOTH

- Please forget what I said earlier in the first Notice post.

- From December 15, 2022, I will act accordingly to the new Terms of Use.

- If some of my posts or digital books were pulled down by the staff, I would have to act accordingly, so please understand. If there are lots that were pulled down this way, I may reconsider closing the Fanbox account.

- For the subscribers who wish to continue supporting me, there is a chance that some NSFW images will be gone. So, switching to Fantia or waiting to see how things play out, then re-subscribing Fanbox around at the end of the month may be good choices.

- The Adventurer Plan and The Hero Plan will stay the same after December 15 until further notice.

Basically, I will act accordingly when I get warned. That's all. Thank you again for using Fanbox to support me until now. I will announce again if something changes 🙇
