ですが周囲は夏海ちゃんのお腹にいるのはその元カレの子どもだと思っており、しかし元カレは、そもそもセックスはコンドーム有り、かつ今までに片手で数えるくらいしかやっていないのにおかしいと思っているという状態でした

夏海ちゃんは周囲にお腹の子は元カレとの子どもではないと言ったのですが、一度広まった噂はなかなか払拭されず、居心地が悪くなった元カレ君は親が海外転勤するのを機にそのまま国外へ逃亡しました

だいたいこんな感じです

「彼との子ではない」という、本来事実であることを、周囲が信じないであろうとき（元カレに矛先が向いているとき）に言うのって結構したたかな感じしますね

There was a question in the comments about Natsumi's boyfriend, so here's what I've been working on.

(Note: If you have your own image of what happened to Natsumi's boyfriend and don't want to ruin it, please skip the rest of the story.

The boyfriend has already broken up with Natsumi by the time her stomach swells (sort of a fade-out).

However, the people around her thought that the child in Natsumi's belly was her ex-boyfriend's child, but her ex-boyfriend thought it was strange that she had sex with a condom and had only had a handful of times before.

Natsumi told the people around her that the child in her belly was not her ex-boyfriend's, but once the rumor spread, it was hard to dispel.

Her ex-boyfriend became uncomfortable and took the opportunity of his parents' transfer abroad to flee the country.

That's pretty much how it went.

I think it's pretty clever of her to say "I'm not having a baby with him" when people around her won't believe it (when the blame is on her ex-boyfriend), when it's true.
