A well-scheduled day with lots and lots of different trainers taking turns can work wonders as well~ There’s barely anything more humiliating than being taken mercilessly without a break by a constant stream of new people. Seeing a never-ending queue of people entering the room one after another with each of them using and positioning you differently is a truly mind-breaking experience – one that doesn’t need any ropes or toys but merely relies on the strengths of the trainers holding you in place. The second one trainer finishes the next one jumps in until the trainees pass out from exhaustion or euphoria.
